Mandar S Ghatnekar has over two decades of IT advisory and consulting experience across the life sciences industry. He has led several enterprise transformation programs, driving innovative use of digital and automation technologies in R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations at global bio/pharma companies, CROs, and regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining Biocon Biologics, Mandar was Managing Director at Accenture’s Advanced Technology Center, India and before that, worked at Johnson & Johnson, Infosys Technologies, and Mascon Global and Biotechnology Resource Centre.
Mandar holds a PhD and Master’s from the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai (formerly UDCT), and a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Pune. He has over 20 publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has presented at international conferences including Bio-IT World Conference and DIA.
