  • National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme

We partner with the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) to offer apprenticeship opportunities to women graduates. NAPS provides partial stipend support and helps in capacity-building. Its objectives include developing a skilled workforce through on-the-job training, encouraging establishments to enrol apprentices and providing upskilling opportunities for those who have undergone short-term skill training.
  • Internship Programs
We run a multitude of programs for interns and trainees across the globe, which serve as stepping stones to successful careers. In India, our Internship Program provides budding professionals with hands-on experience and industry exposure.
