At Biocon Biologics, we are committed to continuously enhancing our processes to deliver world-class products and services. As part of this journey, we introduced the John Shaw Excellence Awards (JSEA) to recognize and reward “Best in Class” Strategic Business Units across the Biocon Group.
JSEA evaluates excellence in quality, cost, innovation, delivery, EHS, and productivity, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence. It is designed as a prerequisite to qualify for the Deming Prize, one of the most prestigious awards in the world for quality management.
